The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the shipping/oïl sector involved with the following :

Selecting CVs for nominated offshore positions
Recruiting the chosen candidates
Arranging logistics - travel, visa
Ensuring all offshore employees have an up to date medical.
Ensuring all qualifications and training certification are up to date
Ensuring employment contracts are in place
Ensuring performance appraisal system is in place
Payroll
Ensuring compliance with all statutory and legistlative matters

The candidate must speak fluent English and French. Portuguese a plus
Must be autonomous
