An international yacht design studio and naval architecture consultancy based in Monaco is currently seeking an Archivist (Documentation and Photos Manager) to join our dynamic team.

Competence in the following IT skills is essential : Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Illustrator, In Design, Affinity, familiarity with iPad, iTunes, Mac applications would also be beneficial.

You will be responsible for the processing (classification and organization - scanning and filing) of all incoming and outgoing documentation within the office, such as plans, drawings, photographs etc. Preparation and continous update of presentations in both digital and hard copy format. Knowledge of the Yachting industry is desirable.

Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate a very good level in English.

You will be very organized, dynamic, meticulous, self-motivated and capable to taking initiatives.
